Pure Frequency Co. is a space for subtle, sacred support, blending Spinal Energetics, Breathwork, and Homeopathy with handcrafted mists and remedies (coming soon) to help the body soften, release, and return.

Everything is designed to meet you in the moment no force, no performance, just potent presence.

This isn’t a menu. It’s a meeting point between you and what your body’s asking for.

  • Sessions are available as Spinal Energetics, Breathwork, or a blend of both depending on what your body is calling for.
    This is nervous system work that meets you where you are supporting emotional release, energetic recalibration, and deep integration.

  • I offer student homeopathy sessions that blend intuitive, practical, and classical methods guided by what’s needed in the moment.
    Depending on your presentation and the patterns arising, I may work with Fibonacci or Kentian Homochords, or other vibrational supports.
    These sessions meet emotional, physical, and ancestral layers with subtle but potent medicine.

    Held with care and deep attunement as part of my student practitioner training.
    Available in-person or online.

  • Handcrafted energetic supports to anchor your recalibration at home designed to work with your breath, body, and field in everyday moments.

    These offerings will include homeopathic remedies, vibrational mists, and first-aid kits created to help you soften, shift, and return to yourself.

    Each piece is created with sacred attention designed to meet the body in the moment, not override it.

  • The studio is nestled in Milton NSW on the South Coast a quiet space designed for depth, not display.
    This is not a storefront. It’s a sanctuary for recalibration.

    Sessions are by appointment only, with mists, remedies, and kits available online or for local pickup when the shop opens.

Each event has its own rhythm. Some invite deep breathwork journeys, others lean into energetic recalibration or gentle embodiment. No matter the focus, the intention is always the same: to meet you where you’re at and create space for transformation.
